[Hawnsgist] Mother Stands Guard At The Door As Man Rapes Her 15-Year-Old Daughter

This occurred recently in Zimbabwe. The mother who claimed to have contacted a grave illness decided to marry her daughter off to a man very much older than the young girl. She said "so as to secure the future of her daughter when she(the mother) died. The story was that after deciding to marry her daughter off, the daughter refuse but the woman dragged her to the man's house and stood guard at the door while the man had his way with the 15-year-old girl.

The incident was reported to the police by the grandmother of the girl and the woman was jailed for violating the law out in place last year that there should be no child marriages, marriages under 18. The man was jailed for 24 months for sexually assaulting the girl.
