The incompetency of the Nigerian Health sector obviously has no limit. There have been stories of how people have died due to lackadaisical attitude of the STAFF in one hospital or the other or just plain carelessness.
Recently, in the university teaching hospital of Lagos state, LUTH, A patient died due to the inability of members of staff of the university to find the key to the oxygen room. The patient had issues with being able to breathe oxygen himself hence the need for oxygen tank to survive. But the impotent STAFF could not find the key, leading to the death of an individual.
God save us in Nigeria.
