2016 / 2017 MEDICAL SCREENING FOR NEW STUDENTS

Congratulations on your admission into the university of Ibadan, we wish you a healthy stay throughout your academic journey. In other to ensure a hitch free medical registration process,

Kindly follow the instructions on this page carefully

1. Register on MyJajaPortal supplying a valid email address and phone number

2. Return back to the page where you can now log in with your email address and password.

3. Ensure you fill the medical forms as accurately as possible.

4. You have been assigned by faculty to various Radiological centres, please abide by strictly.

5. After you have finished your registration you would receive a text message and an email stating the date for your medical screening and the venue, kindly print this email and present it at the designated venue on your allocated date.

6. There is no need to overcrowd any of the registration centre as only those allocated for the day would be seen on the said date
