[Hawnsgist] Kidnapped Nabbed While Trying To Steal Two Children

The man pictured was caught this morning by vigilantes while allegedly attempting to kidnap two school children in Otukpo, Benue State. He reportedly escaped from vigilantes' custody but was recaptured at fairwinds Avenue. Details later...more photos after the cut..
